I will speak about my experiences in building a new broadband network at the start of COVID-19, bringing fiber internet access to areas that did not have it previously. I will talk about the challenges that I've had with equipment, overlapping coverage, moving from basic tools (Google Earth) to QGIS and the increase in reporting requirements and efforts to build out access.
